1.Patent writing application: communicate with R&D personnel, assist R&D personnel to write the patent technical disclosure, and conduct novelty retrieval and analysis on the patent technical disclosure; communicate with the agency, excavate the technical scheme and revise the technical disclosure materials;

2. Business processing: patent writing; handling of patent examination opinions, such as examination, invalidation, reexamination and licensing;

3. Patent analysis: carry out the latest patent technology testing in the industry, search for competing products and competitors' patents, conduct navigation and retrieval analysis of patents in the field on a regular basis, and issue reports to assist superior leaders in establishing a patent database;

4. Training: organize publicity and study of legal knowledge of intellectual property rights and exchange experience, and organize patent training of the company;

5. Complete the declaration of intellectual property projects of government departments;

6. Be responsible for providing patent-related business consultation to the company;

7. Internal and external work docking: responsible for contacting external law firms and agencies and transmitting information in a timely manner;

8. Other intellectual property related work.

1.Technical background related to biology, environment and chemistry, master degree;

2. At least 3 years in IPR or intellectual property agency in the field of intellectual property

3. Proficient in English reading comprehension.
